3-Ingredient Yogurt Cake




This recipe makes a light and fluffy cake with only 100 calories per slice. It is made with yogurt, eggs, and sugar.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups (375 g) plain yogurt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup (50 g) sugar

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, eggs, and sugar until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  4. Let the cake cool completely before frosting.

Frosting:

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup (100 g) powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

  1. In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Beat in the vanilla extract until combined.
  3. Frost the cooled cake and enjoy!
